As a Corporate Affairs leader, Adam works at the intersection of corporate strategy , communications and public affairs, helping companies grow their business and interact with investors and other stakeholders alike. Adam continues to advise numerous high regulatory-opportunity startups.

 He is a longtime executive with the Cannabist Company (Columbia Care) where he leads public affairs, industry partnerships, market growth opportunities and serves as a top spokesperson. Adam is involved in leading numerous industry efforts including chairing the Coalition for Cannabis Scheduling Reform and was the Policy Chair of the United States Cannabis Council for many years. 

 Adam was a longtime political strategist, serving as Senior Advisor to both Governor O’Malley of Maryland and the Democratic Governors Association. Amongst others, he worked for Governor Tim Kaine and Senator Hillary Clinton and served as a National Finance Committee Member of Obama/Biden 2012. 

Adam is a graduate of Colorado State University and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
